I still attended the seminar, STILL got a fair bit out of it, but also went in with my eyes open - and I think I came away with more things that will serve me LONG TERM than if I had gone in without a clue. There IS something to be said for a bit of skepticism - and it certainly didn't turn me away from attending the Intensive!
