Do Over!

Another of life's little lessons so well pointed out. I am redecorating the kids' bedrooms. Today I got all excited to do a wall in the girls' room. I am painting a simple mural on on wall. I didn't want to take time to plan it out, but rather let it flow...well, it flowed right into an overcrowded mess. It looked so overpowering I had to admit my mistake, cut my losses and paint a coat of primer right over the whole mess to start over. All because my enthusiastic nature overcame the logic of a few minutes of planning. Drat that common sense thing!
